That’s How We Hear The Sounds From Space

NASA has published a compilation of 22 space sounds from across the Solar System..

Do not think the spaceships launched from the ground have onboard just a few photo lenses, sensors and so on.
They carry on board instruments capable of capturing radio broadcasts, which then are converted into sound waves by scientists.

Sounds like those emitted by Jupiter or Saturn, captured by Juno and Cassini, are posted by NASA in a compilation of “22 Sounds of Space”. Here you can listen to the sound produced by Comet Tempel 1.

Soaring to the depths of our universe, gallant spacecraft roam the cosmos, snapping images of celestial wonders. Some spacecraft have instruments capable of capturing radio emissions. When scientists convert these to sound waves, the results are eerie to hear.
