Why you should wake up early in the morning?

People found that waking up early in the morning is very beneficial for the body and their program.

Many of those who are waking up between 5 AM and 8 AM, hour they go to work, they can achieve 50% of the things that they usually do not have time to do them when they come back home from their job.
Moreover, few people worldwide have created a group on the internet entitled 5AM, a place where people who are waking up before sunrise share their ideas and advices with others.
Many celebrities have joined the group and say their life changed radically after they made the decision to wake up in the morning every day at the same hour.
Some examples of people who have made this change would be Oprah Winfrey, Donald Trump and Serena Williams.

Waking up in the morning can help us in achieving many activities that we can no longer finish in the evening when we come tired from the job and usually fall asleep watching TV.
Early risers say that they have more time to carry out all the activities that previously could not be completed due
lack of time and that they feel more healthy. 35% of those who get up at 5AM go out and jog because, they say, feel more energetic all day and are more healthy than those who wake up at late hours of the day.
Waking up in the morning gives them time to plan their day as they want, no longer need to rush or do all things on the run. The time you spend late night is lost useless, so many say this radical change in their lives brought them more time to enjoy reading a book, practicing sport or simply time spent with loved ones.
