Find out why climate chage is real

Climate Change has been one of the hottest topics of the world that is being discussed by people associated with all the fields of life. The concepts like Global Warming and Greenhouse Effects have engulfed many people and the majority of people believe that all this is true. Contrary to that there are people who doubt the truthfulness of this phenomenon. They are adamant that there are not enough practical proofs to accept this as a reality.

There are many points that are considered facts although only a small number of people have experienced that incident. The presence of black holes in space is one such example as only a handful of astronauts have done their research in this regard but it is a universally known fact.

The background behind this is that we trust experts and the information coming from them is considered authentic. In most fields of our lives, we are keen to learn anything and everything from the professionals. The list includes teachers, doctors, and journalists. Climate change is that one field where the opinion of specialists is considered false. An important point that needs justification here is the authenticity of the expert. Almost all of those who are claiming that the climate has changed are representatives of major organizations.

On the other hand, the people who are against this concept are generally self-made climatologists. A very notable personality that can be identified with respect to this topic is Christopher Munkton. Once you have done that, the next step is to measure the honesty of the expert, or the company giving out information. You also check their objectives to foresee what their intentions are.

Science has revolutionized our lives completely. It is present all around us to an extent that we are actually engulfed in it. The two basic reasons which can be used to explain that climate is changing are the warming of Earth at an abnormal rate, and its reason which is human-related carbon. Humans have a long history where they showed immense belief in the scientists and their inventions.

For example, flying in the airplane or sailing on a ship requires a great deal of faith in the abilities of the inventor. All the research work that is done before launching such a massive product takes years of hard work and determination. Similarly, the efforts of scientists to figure out the reasons and effects of climate change have been prolific.

The statement from the 18 scientific associations shows that there is huge research behind all the claims of global warming. It says, “Observations throughout the world make it clear that climate change is occurring, and rigorous scientific research demonstrates that the greenhouse gases emitted by human activities are the primary driver.” The most concise and effective work came out from the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). The key points that contained the essence of the entire summary were:

  1.  Climate scientists agree: climate change is happening here and now.
  2. We are at risk of pushing our climate system toward abrupt, unpredictable, and potentially irreversible changes with highly damaging impacts.
  3. The sooner we act, the lower the risk and cost. And there is much we can do.

All the scientific bodies of the world accompany AAAS in this war to protect our coming generations from a miserable atmosphere. The continuous emission of greenhouse gases is having a terrible impact on our environment. The reason for depletion of ozone is also due to these gases. The views of American Meteorological Society reinforces this claim, “It is clear from the extensive scientific evidence that the dominant cause of the rapid change in climate of the past half century is human-induced increases in the number of atmospheric greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide (CO2), chlorofluorocarbons, methane, and nitrous oxide.”

Talking about the uncertainty, science has always been like that. You can never be 100% confident about any particular concept. Even if we are not sure about any theory, we need to take much more actions in order to minimize the negative effects. There could be some other reasons as well for this rise of temperature and melting of glaciers but we have to face this issue irrespective of the reasons. Hence, believing in climate change is useful not only for us but also for billions of people alongside us in this world.
