Maybe the most beautiful sound in the world has been discovered by a mistake

In October 2014, a young couple from California started their vacation. In their way to destination, they stopped on the shore of a frozen lake in Alaska.

“This would be a great place to skip a rock” he said. And that’s what he did. He was never thinking that ice can produce that sound.

“I skipped a rock across a frozen lake and it made the COOLEST SOUND EVER! Growing up in California, I rarely experienced temperatures below freezing, so the joys of cold weather are all new to me. Something tells me this amazing experience is just the beginning of something bigger.”
