On April 19th, we’ll be witnessing a unprecedented phenomenon in the last 400 years. Asteroid ‘2014 JO25’ will come closer to Earth.

Having a diameter of over a kilometer, it is the largest asteroid approaching our planet in the last 400 years.

‘2014 JO25‘ will reach the closest point to earth tomorrow and will pass at a distance of 1.766.400 kilometers from Earth.

Although it seems a great distance, no other asteroid has come so close to our planet in the last four centuries.

NASA Scientists say that the asteroid does not represent any risk to mankind, the contrary is very interesting because we do not know any other asteroid to approach so close to Earth in the next 480 years.
