The first image from the clip is taken by the Voyager 1 Space Probe on February 14, 1990, at a distance of 6,054,587,000 Kilometers (3,762,146,000 miles).
The rest of the clip is part of the “Cosmos” show, hosted by Neil deGrasse Tyson on National Geographic Channel.
From this distance the Earth appears to be just a tiny little pale blue dot.
